Love the savings!

You cannot beat the price and optional services available with the Ooma Telo. However, voice clarity can fluctuate and an echo can be heard on occasion.

Minor issues

We used to be with Comwave which is also VOiP, so when a friend told us about Omma it was a no brainer switching considering the price point. What we are experiencing however is that it takes longer time connecting as well as once you have deleted a voice message the message. Sign stays on for a prolonged period. This is not detrimental, but am annoyance. Overall it is okay.

Simply Awesome

The clarity is amazing, having the ability to block robo calls or any other incoming call on the app or online is awesome. Our incoming calls have been 99.9 % calls we want now and have effectively blocked all the annoyance calls we used to get. Top thatball off with the cost is untouchable by anybody else!

You ported my existing phone number from the carrier to my Ooma phone within 30 days of registering. Works GREAT! Pays for itself within the first few months. Excellent follow by Ooma customer service. Thank You!

Clear calls, no problems

New customer experience

Our community was changing bulk internet/telephone/tv carrier, and this was a good time to try ooma since I could port my telephone number. The free telephone handset promotion was also a great added benefit. We dropped the premium service right away as didn't like two lines ringing. So far we have been very happy with the basic service. I have had to call customer service twice and I must say the experience has been excellent. Only a short wait and very helpful staff to solve problems.

Very reliable

Though I did have to re-boot and the reason escapes me. It was like it needed a love tap after working non-stop. This would not deter. And, I would not return to over priced competitors.

Ooma great

Love the service so far.. No issues and can't beat the price! Only small thing is the time it is taking to change the databases t reflect our name & number. It still it showing up with a former users name. It does say it can take 1-3 months to change all the databases, so far we are about 1 month so hopefully we will see tge changes soon. But that being said the quality is great, perfect sound quality, price is great, highly recommended
