Love My OOMA

Voice quality is excellent, much better than my old land line. Caller ID feature is nice and accurate. Excellent phone service in price quality and value. Highly recommend ed!

Works great with our wired phones and for sending faxes. Costs much less than we paid before.

We have a few wired phones plugged in different locations around our house. They all work well with the Ooma system. We send faxes from time to time and by configuring the system as suggested we have had no problems doing that. We have more basic features than we had before and we do not feel the need to pay for the premium package. Nevertheless, the various governmental taxes come to a little over $5.00 a month in our case. This is still WAY less than what we were paying before! We even save on the cost of long distance telephone calls in Canada. We are very happy to have discovered this service.

Robocalls

I love the low price of non premium Ooma, but they ought to offer an a la carte option for spam call blocking. I don't need the extra premium features but would gladly pay a few bucks a month to stop the robocalls.

Got rid of AT&T!

I wanted to keep my landline number, but was tired of paying an outrageous price to AT&T. After some research, I decided to go with Ooma home. Set up was easy and I even added the Lynx so I could have a cordless phone in another room. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality. I also like the ability to block unwanted calls. I have virtually eliminated annoying robocalls from telemarketers.

Works great. Saving a lot of money over previous land line. Love the mobile phone convenience of getting my voice mail when I am not at home. Caller block is a nice feature as well. Cuts down on telemarketers.

Great service. The only problem that I experience is a delay that can make it very difficult at times, however, the clarity is excellent and the service reliable. Well worth it

Hard to Use

Trying to use existing phone system. Very hard to understand how to mate this with Ooma service.
