Awesome product

We are extremely satisfied with this item. The quality is top notch. Both in the physical item and in the sound quality. Setup was a breeze. We live in an area where cell service is poor. We got this so we didn't have to walk around the house looking for the best cell signal.

as good as it gets

the only problem is that when I recommend it to others they do not believe how cheap it really is for unlimited service. I have had the service for 8 years and have not yet had an issue. you only need to be aware that when you lose the internet you also lose the phone, but that is why I have a low cost cell phone as backup.

Much better than expected

I expected a Skype like experience with som lag and occasional voice drop outs. It hasn't happened with Ooma. This service is not only as good as hard wired service but has features that my old AT&T service has never offered.I am so very happy that I made the switch. I should have done it a long time ago.

We were with a Cable company then that company was bought out by another. Then changing service to a different Company they started to increase the bill by removing a so called promo. After dealing with the back and forth with them about this I had enough! Our Life Line came when I found Ooma.Relax and trust Ooma as your Landline service you will not ever regret it.Col. KCecil

Great Product

It's been 2 months since I setup the Ooma phone line and it's worked perfectly. I had a 3-way call between my mobile, another cell phone and the Ooma line and the system worked without issue and the voice quality was excellent. What also makes this product great is the support for iOS and Android and all the advanced features that come with the premium service. I'm able to make or answer calls from my iPhone wherever I am which is really nice.

I used comcast triple play for my phone. When I decided to drop cable I also decided to look at an alternative for my landline which I kept for international calls.Ooma provided this with there inter national plan.Installation was straightforward the only problem I encountered was my ADT security system would not work with ooma. I solved this by having ADT install a cell link.I have had the system for several months and have been very pleased.

Some days better than others....

Overall, I have liked my Ooma phone service. However, it is unpredictable when it is going to work well. Sometimes when I am in a phone call there is a buzzing sound on the line. Often, both parties that are on the line cannot hear it. It seams to be heard either at one end or the other. Sometimes it is a static buzzing noise and other times it sounds like a buzzing ring noise. When this happens the person experiencing this noise cannot hear what the other person is saying. When that isn't happening, the phone service is very clear. I am impressed with how well Ooma does at blocking telemarketers. We have a lot less unwanted phone calls now. That is definitely worth the extra money a month!

New Customer

Only been an Ooma customer for a week but so far the service is awesome. Great price, great voice quality and features, and great customer service. Took only 1/2 hour to set everything up to get my phones working. Porting of my old phone number went without a hitch and only took 3 days. AWSOME
