I we are now on social security only. This was a great way to save a "land line" phone with good quality.
Phone service great (review experience w/yellow stars on white sucks)

Had to make 9 calls to get one section of the service --- the voice mail which took over my personal voice mail, but every responder, even tho t took 9 to figure out what was wrong, was unfailing polite and ready to help. It was a quirky thing. My robo calls have decreased at least! 60% from the phone company, an the bill less than $10 mo. vs. the abominable AT&T U-Verse internet service--which I had to have to do the phone connection to the internet. Overall I am very very pleased w/this option. Now, if they could just do cell phone service also!!! And I can't see the "stars" but would rate all for my purposes as 5 star, tho I think there are only 4 options. 🙂

This product/service works great and cut the cord with the companies that overcharge for basic or advanced phone service!

I was skeptical of the quality of how the calls would sound but I am very impressed never had a problem

We're not sure if it's the phone or Ooma that often gives us an echo. Sometimes we can hang up and redial to clear the feedback. But we love the price! A cousin insisted that we get Ooma and we're so glad we did.

I now want to convert everyone I know to the Ooma system of VOIP. It's been great and feature-heavy. Highly recommend.

I hardly ever use my Ooma, but I love it. Why? Because it is very dependable. And when someone wants to speak to me, no matter what country I am in, they can do so, as long as I have internet. I am thinking of porting my US landline to my Ooma as well.
