I am not currently a customer, because I have had to switch to a satellite server for internet and Ooma told me they are not compatible with satellite. I am very sorry to no longer have Ooma and my Telo. Ooma provided me with much better service than I am getting from Internet telephone service, much better! Thank you for many years of telephone service.

Mostly great

I love having the Ooma. The price is definitely great. The only thing I don't like is if I am on the phone for too long, the call just drops out and I have to either recall the person, or they recall me. Not convenient at times. Otherwise. All is great.

We like the convenience of having a home phone but didn’t like the regular landline phone prices. This is less expensive and just as good quality. Love getting voice mails sent to email address so we can pick up messages when we aren’t home and have time.

Great alternative to the phone company.

The Ooma telo works just as advertised. It's easy to connect and the quality of the phone call is just as good as that from the company. At less than $5.00 per month is a bargain. Now I can still get all those calls from the telemarketers and pay less.

Love our Ooma

We love our Ooma......you can not beat the cost of service and the quality has proven to be equal or better than our previous cable VOIP service. Easy set-up, good sound quality and very affordable. Love the built in answering machine service and the integration with the Ooma app to get my messages when away from home. Two other relatives have switched over from the cable company to Ooma after hearing of the service from us. I share our Ooma experience with everyone I know that has a landline and internet service in their home. Could not ask for better.

This is the best one

I have tried other internet phones and by far Ooma is the best. The clarity is worth the price alone and there are lots of extra features that are very cool. Check it out yourself. I do recommend a broadband connection to get the clearest sound and clarity.

Best phone service

Changed from Vonage, which was causing me some problems to OOMA. Better quality signal, cheaper service, have had no problems so far.
