Love the email feature

I love getting emails notifying me of a voice mail on my home phone. When I'm across the country on a trip, I can listen to my home voice mails on your website, and respond to people as if I'm still at home. This is terrific. I also love your low monthly price. After paying up front for equipment (modem and device for other extensions), it's nice getting a low monthly charge for phone service. Sound quality is good, service reliable so far.

What can be easier and less expensive

Other than the initial $90.00 cost for the box, I spend only $5.00 per month for service. The setup was easy even for me and the sound quality is the same as I've had with any other internet or wireless provider. Why would you want to pay more than $5.00.

Never had any problems. Easy to set up and the sound is perfect.

The Absolute Best Thing Going

The Ooma Telo Is great! I couldn't be more pleased. I, like many others, still had an AT&T landline. The cost just kept going up year after year. I would call and they would throw me a bone with some feeble little discount for a few months, and then I would have to do it again when it expired. However, the price was always WAY TOO HIGH for what I was getting. Then I discovered Ooma. So glad I did. The quality of the device, the service, and the many options available are beyond belief. I have saved so much money over this past year. I only wish I had discovered this service sooner. Thank you Ooma. You are the best!

I love the price! The line works fine, I just wish we had Caller ID in the phone window. I get alot of Robo calls and with caller ID I would be able to recognize them and not answer.

Calls

I get the robo calls but mostly only messages from people I know.

Good Value

Works nicely, and the price is right. The handset isn’t loud or clear enough though, and the speaker function doesn’t improve it any. Also, I would like to be able to access the voice mail from my iPad.

Love it!!!

Was paying almost $90/month for AT&T and hardly ever used the phone. The amount I pay for this system is hardly worth mentioning. It has really helped with unwanted calls. Still get a few but not nearly as many as before. Can't go wrong with the Ooma system!!

Great telephone

We had nothing but bad customer service with the regular telephone company. Our neighbor suggested we try the Ooma Telo. Fortunately, we have a fiber optics cable for the internet. So we had plenty of speed for this technology. We purchased the Telo from Amazon. Installation was easy, even for us. After following the instructions, we were in business. And Ooma even did the cancellation of our landline for us. We've been very happy with the service. We opted for the Premier service from Ooma. I can even block unwanted calls. And our bill is 1/5th of our previous telephone bill.
