Sound quality needs improvement.

Especially when pairing Ooma Telo with Ooma phone.

OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE

I have been using Ooma for a number of years now and I am constantly amazed at the quality of the calls and the monthly fee. The service Ooma provides is as good as any I have every had in my 70 years of using a phone. We have told a number of friends about Ooma and they have switched and of course they too love Ooma now. You will be happy you made the change

I had been looking to dump my land line company for years and last Christmas, Ooma offered their service at a greatly reduced price and I jumped on it. The entire process was amazingly painless with the switching happening very quickly and being able to retain my number was the icing. I love the $5.00 a month payments and smile every month it comes up. Saves me $360.00+ every year and don't have to renegotiate the plan every year. I recommend Ooma to EVERYONE who even mentions they have a land line.

Hard to beat

As good service (sound quality) as any phone service I've ever had. That means it is pretty good

Accessories could be cheaper

The service is great, however the accessories could be a lot cheaper. Great call quality. There is some lag but not to bad.

my ooma

It was extremely easy to set up and has crystal clear audio. I dropped my "triple play" cable service (internet, tv, phone) and have gone to phone line broadband, Roku tv, and to complete my "package", I added phone with my Ooma. Thank you, I went from the triple play cost of $120/mo, to my package at $17/mo (broadband $10/mo, Roku...after initial purchase...$0, and Ooma $7/mo. Wish I'd done it sooner.
