I love my new Ooma phone service. Very easy to operate. This was a gift from my daugther and son-inlaw so all the beginning cost were paid by them. I have had no problems making or receiving calls. It's so clear when speaking to another person. I love the sound that happens after I dial a number. I will be happy to pay my first bill, considering it will be much cheaper than what I was paying before. So far the service has been great.
Great product, easy peacy to install! Wish I had changed over years ago, could have saved big bucks!

I am happy for now that I have got this and hope that it will be serving the way (economically) it is for a very long time to help and take care of residential customers unlike what VONAGE did in the past to attract customers.Because I lost a lot with VOANGE.Thank you !!!

The really great thing about this service is that once you transfer your old number, you don't notice any difference in the operation of your telephone system. It is like nothing was changed. It is virtually transparent. For those who wonder about the cost savings, check this out. The total monthly cost for a land line from AT&T was about $45.00, now it is about $4.50. I suspect many people do not realize they are paying that much for the service.

Took a little while, but now working great. I had installed other brand security camera's at same time and realized I needed better internet speed.

(1) Overall this phone service operates quite well! However, when phone put on Speaker Mode it sometimes creates an "Echo Effect"!(2) In reference to its "Faxing Feature or Function" its quite "Poor & Undependable"!(3) This above "Faxing Issue or Factor", in my assessment and opinion, presents a weakness for using this phone service for a home office operation!

So far I am very pleased with the performance of my Ooma for the home. Excellent clarity when talking to another person whether they be on a cell phone or land line. Since I am using only the basic service the cost so far is less than $5 per month. It is definitely a money saver.
This is a great phone service. I cancelled my landline service with AT&T, and saved a fortune.

I don't see why everybody who have DSL or cable modem don't disconnect from Landline services, which are basically obsolete and outrageously expensive compared t the Ooma service.

I have had almost no trouble with my two Ooma Telos. I have been able to call and receive calls without fail. I did have trouble sending a fax with the Ooma Telo and I would like to get some tips to see if I am doing something wrong. The only other comment is that when I call someone, that person sees the Ooma phone number that was assigned to me instead of the number that I ported over to Ooma (my old number). It would be convenient if that could change so that people would know that it is my call, not someone unknown to them.
