I like ooma, but they have had the same ooma box for 8 years. It's time to make the black box more like a answering machine. Needs a Led display to see how many messages are unread, more convenient display on top of box. Flashing lights get confusing, need to be more direct like print on top of box what each color means and what it means when the ooma flashes so we dont have to pull out directions to trouble shoot when the unit is down....sell a unit that has a phone attached to the ooma box. Give us more options and more selections to choose from.. option to make it wall mountable would be nice to .

Getting acquainted with Ooma; it is unbelievably good. I am waiting for phone service data listings to refresh to list me with caller ID then will use the phone number far more.

Can no longer fax, changed the phone number of business, made business sooo much more difficult, customer service had nice people, but totally empty promises on getting me help, after 3 tries.... I give up

Difficult to obtain customer service phone number. Insistence on credit card billing is irritating.

All the features are simple to use on web page and app. The customer service department is very accommodating.

For the most part, it is good. My old service had a forwarding feature where it would forward to a number I designated if I didn't pick up after a designated number of rings. In other words, if I wasn't home. Ooma apparently doesn't have this feature. It will only forward all calls, or just when my Ooma is offline. It is sorely missed.

The Ooma system does not accept the postal code (L3R 5Z3) in account setup.

We love our Ooma telephone! The monthly price and features for service are unsurpassed. Really like the ability to easily listen to messages away from home and the notification feature that allows both people in my home to alerted when there is a call received. We were paying $45 per month to AT&T for basic service! Ooma can’t be beat!

After years of high phone bills, and much research I finally made the move to Ooma. Setup was a breeze, quality is outstanding, and great features. All told, the Ooma system along with a year of service cost me less than two months of my old service. Nomorobo, and the ability to manually block unwanted numbers have cut down telemarketer calls from being a daily occurrence to 1 or 2 a month, wish the "do not call" list worked that well.
