The service we get from Ooma has been exceptionally superb. The only question is how long do these devices last? We got a 2-year warranty on ours, but after that who knows?I had fairly decent at Home service from T-Mobile for about 9 years before they did away with the router setup and went with a "line-link" device, which in my opinion is a piece of junk. It would be working OK one day and then not at all the next. But for a LinkSys device to last 9 years, that's pretty good. If the Telos device even came close to that (6-7 years) that would still be good.
Perfect for my home phone

Great but I think voicemail need an acoustic signal when voice message is available
Phone sounds great, not liking what I hear from customer service.

The basic service was fine. I bought the Ooma to port my home phone.I paid for a premium upgrade, annual, to get a free port. The Port wouldn't work. You system kept refusing my credit card which you charge successfully three times.I called customer service to get the annual charge reversed. It has been over a week and no charges have been reversed. Very frustrating talking with your phone support people.I will probably have to resort to having my CC company dispute the charge. Especially since I was into the 2nd moth of the free three month premium service when I activated my unit.

I have not had time to explore all the Ooma amenities because I have not been at home much since I installed it. I have made and received several calls and it seems to work as expected for both incoming and outgoing calls. I am not sure about the voice quality yet because in several cases, the caller was in a rural area of England and used Skype to call my Ooma number. The call was perfectly understandable, but the voice quality could have been better. I believe that may be due to the Skype transmission rather than the Ooma. The electricity at my house has been off several times recently due to PG&E replacing poles in our neighborhood. Although Ooma does not work without electricity, it seemed to reconnect without any problem when the power was restored. The Telo is currently connected to the router and not directly to the modem because when I tried putting it between the modem and the router, the monitor for my solar panels (which is connected to the router) gave me an error signal.

you can't go wrong with this system,I love ithreat sound HD sound I just wish I had a better level on my phone to turn up ringer sound
I am very happy with the service. The only complaint I have is better documentation on what features and options there are as they are not very comprehensive.Overall very happy!

I was hesitant to convert to Ooma, however I know 2 people who have had it for a long period of time, and have been really happy with it. So I first bought one for my vacation home that does not get cell service. I was paying ATT for a land line. I am now saving $45. A month! So I bought a second unit for my home phone ( used different email address).. but it has been absolutely as good or better then the ATT Uverse phone I had! Would recommend Ooma to everyone I know!❤️

We have been with Ooma a little over a month now. We switched over and kept our own number and it was quick and simple. The service is great and I love the voice mail messages sent right to my phone so I never miss a message. The price is excellent!

This was the easiest product to install I have ever seen! Computer instructions, very simple! Ooma company did porting of existing phone number in about three days. I don't have any calls to make with the existing phone company. We are saving money every month, which is great!
The best feature is that I can pick up my Ooma messages with the app when I’m away.
