Best Move I ever Made

The whole experience was very professional and easy to do. Any and all questions were answered and explained in detail, to ensure my understanding. I have recommended this system to my friends and to date several have purchased the Ooma system. Thank you for making this available to us in Canada. Now can you do something with our internet!! That would be great.

Ooma is exactly what I needed. Easy set-up, right price, excellent offerings (love that there are multiple choices) and it works perfectly. Kudos to Ooma. By the way, it looks sharp too!

Easy setup

I'm totally sold. I had the phone line working within 15 minutes. I moved the phone line from my router to your unit and my kitchen phone was active in minutes. Quality is good as well as the features.

Well worth it

Looking for ways to save money a coworker told me about this. I looked into it and had already decided on cutting the cord on the high cable bill. So I got this setup was easy. The wife would not let me get a new number so we ported the old number. It’s just took a few days. But The temporary number provided worked fine. Once ported I cancelled the phone and tv from the cable provider. After that I hooked up my own router ... no issues connecting the Ooma. Anyway it’s easy,sounds good, they have more features if you want to pay more. But basically the home phone is for my wife and I never use or answer it anyway. But I like my $5.22 phone bill.

Cost Savings

Better value than prior cable company's phone service. Very good voice quality, simple set-up, extremely happy so far.

If I had known about Ooma I would made the change long ago.

Ooma is very reasonable in cost and very easy to setup. I just follow the instructions that came with unit. I should've gotten rid of my cable phone service long ago. With there constantly rising prices I was in the process of getting rid of my home phone altogether. Then I did a google search for other services and Ooma pops up along with some others. I knew about the other services however not Ooma. I read up on pricing, connecting the unit and complaints and problems with Ooma. In my case two months of use of Ooma I must say I have had any problems with services. The calls are crystal clear on my end and callers end. Low cost and a choice of features if desire them. You will never miss your local or cable phone services. I am a happy Ooma user.

Great choice for phone service

After getting Ooma equipment activated and my phone number transported to Ooma, had a little confusion with phone numbers so had to remove the temporary phone number that was set up for testing and also removed my cell phone number from my profile. After all that was completed, service has been very good. Customer service is very professional and always handles issues quickly and completely. I'm very satisfied with Ooma. Thanks, P. Crain

It's a real phone

It does take a little getting used to, but it is a good phone. I have to dial everything as full 10 digit numbers but other than that it's very nice. I do get a lot of telemarketers though. The phone call quality is virtually identical to my previous landline but this is 1/3 of the cost. Only $6 a month.

No complaints

Works wonderfully. Only problem I have to remember not to be on the phone when I reboot my computer. Saved a ton of money.

This was the perfect solution for us in order to have phone service in an area with little to no cell phone coverage.
