Cheaper than Major Company

Had it for about a month and works fine with great feature, easy to setup. I use this has a virtual phone line that is forward to my cell phone all the time so I can have 2 different local area code for my business. If I happen to miss a call, I receive an email with voicemail ans also a notification from Ooma Apps. So far love it very much.

Great service

The service works as expected. No troubles setting it up and porting my phone number took only two weeks. Great overall experience so far.

Perfect home phone

Perfect home phone solution. We reduced our home phone from $65 to $10 a month. I love the freedom to travel and have messages sent right to our phone by text or email. The bonus is telephone solicitors don’t leave messages who were my most frequent callers on the home phone.

New customer very satisfied.

I am a new customer and in process of having my old telephone number ported. So far I am impressed withthe customer service support. I am trying the premium for a year as free porting is included. I will know moreafter I have used the service for awhile.

Better than MJ

This service is much better than MJ. I still have a few issues but is much better. I live in rural America so my internet is not great. I still have some breaking up while talking but don't have the dropped calls like I did with the other service.

Pleasantly surprised.

I needed to start saving money every month. Trimming the cable bill was one of my goals. After a little calculation, and some online researching, I decided to give Ooma a try.My thinking was: buy a Telo and use the (almost) free service.Well, almost hit a snag. I knew the Premiere service was about $10 per month but you get the first month free. It wasn't immediately obvious that this a an "opt out" thing so if you didn't contact Ooma before the month trial was over, you were automatically enrolled. It didn't take me long to decide that the cost of Premiere was still going to save me lots over the cable company and get a few more features. I decided to pay up front for the year.I was skeptical of the quality of using a product like Ooma wondering how they can keep the quality comparable to my cable provider. At first I had issues. I tried using Ooma before my router/wifi and couldn't get rid of the lag. I know it may be some settings I couldn't get just right, or Ooma's built in routing doesn't get along with my router, but placing the Telo after my router worked much better. Rarely I hear any small glitch. So far nothing that causes any frustration. This is the only reason I gave 4 for quality. Would be 4.5 if that was an option.I have not yet purchased additional hardware. I may, at some point purchase cordless handsets if the price reduces a bit. Happy with the product and the service and looking forward to saving money.

The whole experience was very professional and easy to do. Any and all questions were answered and explained in detail, to ensure my understanding. I have recommended this system to my friends and to date several have purchased the Ooma system. Thank you for making this available to us in Canada. Now can you do something with our internet!! That would be great.

Ooma is exactly what I needed. Easy set-up, right price, excellent offerings (love that there are multiple choices) and it works perfectly. Kudos to Ooma. By the way, it looks sharp too!
