We switched from an analog line and a Nortel key system to two Ooma office users. We do have the physical phones, but we find we mostly use the cell phone app. We are able to answer incoming calls and return calls from home without giving out our personal telephone numbers. We can provide better service without sitting in the office all day. We do have one of the physical phones in our home. The Virtual Receptionist only allows it to ring during normal office hours. People can still leave a message any time. So far, Ooma has been great!

I am thrilled with my phone services for my office. I love that we can check voicemails via our email and I look forward to even adding to my services in the future. So far for the quality and price this service is more than we could have asked for at this time.

Ooma gets the job done. I appreciate the convenience of being able to accept calls on my cell phone via the Ooma app. Call quality is always top-notch and customer service is exceptional.

I've been an Ooma Residential customer for 12 years and learned about the diverse features of Ooma Office this year. First we switched our home office's line to Ooma Office. After trying it for about 2 months we decided to switch our office phone service from Telus to Ooma as well. With the desktop app and mobile app features we could have just subscribed to one line on Ooma Office, but we preferred a physical IP phone at each location (more staple operation then the apps), thus are subscribing to 2 lines with phones. Even so, we are saving about 1/3 of the monthly cost compared to our previous set-up, and we can now receive office calls on our mobile phones when on the road in areas with cellphone reception. We've been paying Telus $95/month for our business land line and the quality of the line has been deteriorating. Not sure if they are maintaining the copperware infrastructure or not. It's just terrible. Our recent Telus calls were full of loud statics, to the point that we could hardly conduct a proper conversation.... for $95 a month! I hope our Ooma Office lines will continue to work well. At the beginning of our subscription to Ooma Office, we had not received the IP phones yet, and had to rely on the desktop app mostly. It was not ideal and there were glitches, but the 24/7 Ooma Office customer service line was a godsend. Pretty much all the Ooma agents that I have talked to were courteous and helpful. Made a big difference in our conversion. 5 stars all the way!
