Fabulous Service at a Fabulous Price!

Since I used to have a career in telephone technology R&D and provided tech support to worldwide customers who struggled to utilize VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) I was skeptical about the quality of the Ooma service since it likewise operates over our Internet connection.However, my skepticism has disappeared as the quality of the phone service is superior to any previous service provided by the local telephone provider (CenturyLink). I recommend Ooma to all of my friends who are interested in getting fabulous service at a fabulous monthly cost. This is what telephone service ought to be for everyone!!

We need to update our settings, & change some.

Ooma is working, but not great. I have a Ooma wireless camera,m but it stopped working a long time ago. I also wanted to get a water sensor, but it seemed expensive. We are not really interested in Ooma Premier. I don't see the sense or value in it. Also,I wanted to update calls that I had set up. I have not updated that. Maybe, we need to eliminate some of the older numbers, & add other newer scam artists that drive us crazy. HELP.

A Great Way to Save Money and Keep Quality

I had my concerns making the switch, but it has been nothing less than a great change. I am saving no less then 85% a month on my phone bill. You do have to buy the Ooma modem, but after that you are looking at a $4 per month bill with free long distance. I was able to have a second phone number as well as port my existing phone number. I am not an employee I am honestly a regular customer that is very glad that I made the change

OOMA TELE

Love the service and the price. However, I was assured that I would be able to use my fax machine with this service. I bought the boosters and still no luck. I have no fax service. It also took forever for 1 page to go through the fax, at witch time was unsuccessful

Saving some cash

Phone works, its cheap, and the one time I had a question the live chat representative was polite and helpful. Only minor complaint is that without paying for the premium service caller id is numbers only, no names. But for only a few dollars a month it is totally ok.

Best idea ever

I'm so glad I made the switch to Ooma. So easy to use and lowve the low cost.

Wish I knew about this before

I have been using my home device since September 2017. I am very pleased as I was introduced to this system, in savings and service.Thanks Ooma for helping me save

Great service

I usually have had good phone service with crystal clear voices. I also appreciate the blocking of known spam numbers. house is more peaceful without the ringing from these calls. I have had times when my calls go directly to voice mail and when I answer and others can not hear me. I am not sure if this is from OOMA or my internet service.Overall, I am very happy that I switched.

Chief of Investigations

Service is robust and connectivity is 100%. The quality of your handset is abysmal. The quality of modulation both inbound and outbound is awful, almost Indecipherable.
