The Ooma Office box is very plug and play and took no time to set up. I use the mobile app to maintain a review of uptime and received calls

Joining Ooma turned out to be a great move as we headed into pandemic quarantine. I own a bookstore and with the Ooma app my business phone rang through to my cell phone and I was able to take orders from 9:00am to 9:00pm and work from home. The virtual receptionist cut out the robocalls that were constantly interrupting our in person customer service. And the Ooma customer service was very quickly helpful when I needed them to help with Caller ID for when I call my customers through Ooma. Last but not least it's been a significant cost savings over the previous company that had my phone service. I reduced my phone bill by over $100 when I switched to Ooma. I did so right before the pandemic and it was great - through the app on my phone I was able to work from home and take book orders that way from 9am to 9pm. So my cost was lowered and my ease of business improved. I use the mobile app. It's great for answering calls when I'm out of the store. I use it in the store when we get a second call. I also love how the voicemail comes through to our email on our desktop computer so that any employee can get the message and respond.

Happy with the features and service

The setup and installation couldn't have been easier. It took about 5 minutes to install our system, and another 5 minutes to set it up. We have always worked remotely, which is why we switched to Ooma. We have also always tried to run a lean operation, and Ooma costs us about half of what we were paying for traditional phone service. Due to COVID-19, revenues to our non-profit are down, so having a feature-rich communications network that allows us to connect with our donors and doesn't break the bank is crucial. We are using the Virtual Receptionist. I like that it has so many options and they are flexible/easily adjustable. We have customized ours to fit our needs exactly. The Virtual Receptionist has allowed us to spend less time screening/taking calls, directs caller to the right person, and gives us the flexibility to respond to calls when it's convenient for us.

Ooma is a great service!

I switched from Verizon and it was the best decision I made. Ooma is a great service, saved me money and customer service satisfaction. The mobile app keeps us working on the road, never miss a voicemail. Yes it has been easy to set up and manage for those with limited telecommunications experience.

This is our second business that we use Ooma. They have been great. The portal is easy to navigate and use. Customer service and sales rep are super helpful if needed.

Very easy- it came pre-configured. Just had to run a network line and we had a phone line!

I just had basic at first! After the pandemic, I upgraded to pro for the desktop feature and parking calls with the music on hold. I seem big even though I'm small fries right now!

We switched from AT&T- they had awful customer service and continually charged us blind fees and their rates kept going up for no reason. Love Ooma and their customer service compared to AT&T. Much happier. Setup was pretty easy. We set up the Ooma router next to our internet router and desktop tower, which is all right under our office phone. Super convenient, light, and easy to set up and get started! We LOVE being able to use the mobile app! If one of us can't get to the phone or checking messages while we're away, someone else can. Or if they need to connect with a certain customer, they have the resource to do so through the Ooma app! Very helpful and we love it. We are working on upgrading to the Ooma Office PRO to better serve our customers and adjust to how things are running now. Business is finally starting to pick back up with less of a staff, OOMA really helps us out when we need it the most!
