How do I port my number to Ooma?

You can transfer your existing phone number to Ooma for a one-time fee of $39.99, as long as it’s eligible. Check availability at ooma.com/port.

To start, log in to My Ooma and visit Store > Services > Number Port. Enter your phone number, add it to your cart, and fill out the short questionnaire (current internet provider, type of connection, service address).

Complete the Letter of Authorization form and check out.

Porting typically takes 7–10 business days. Be sure to keep your current phone service active until the transfer is complete to avoid losing your number. Once finished, Ooma will confirm with a test call and a final email.
