What happens if I don’t have enough funds in my Prepaid Account?

If your Prepaid Account doesn’t have sufficient funds, international calls to destinations outside your included region will not complete until you add funds.

You can set up automatic addition of funds in the Balance section of the Prepaid Account page. You can choose whether to add $10, $25 or $50 in funds to your account when your balance falls below $5, $10 or $25 respectively.
