How do I enable or set up Music on Hold in Ooma Office?

  1. Log in as an administrator to the Ooma Office Manager.
  2. Go to Settings → System → Music.
  3. Under Hold Music, choose your desired option: silence, a text announcement, or an audio file.
  4. Upload your music (.mp3 or .wav, max 5 MB) if you prefer a custom track.
  5. Save your settings.
