NOTICE: Effective July 1, 2022, the wireless network used by the Ooma Telo 4G Adapter will be deactivated by T-Mobile. Ooma will provide the new Ooma LTE adapter free of charge to all customers who purchased the Ooma Telo 4G kit, the standalone Ooma Telo 4G Adapter, or the Ooma Phone Genie. If you have an Ooma 4G Adapter and have not yet received a replacement Ooma LTE Adapter, please contact Ooma customer support at 888-711-6662.
