I am really impressed and happy with Ooma and the excellent features available. I love the Ooma Home phone internet website and how it gives me so much control over everything related to my service. So far the voice quality is excellent. There was an issue caused by an error of a duplicate equipment shipped to me that resulted in delay of getting the line up and running and then a temporary 4-day service interruption after I returned the duplicate shipment, however your Customer Care Supervisor named Rhoda from the Metro-Manila Office got the issue resolved in a timely manner and helped make us feel we were a valued customer.

It was surprisingly easy and smooth process from signing up to porting existing number and went live.

Customer service is excellent. People actually answer the phone. No run around pressing one two three.
Just wish Ooma or T Mobile had the service to announce caller. I bought for my sister. She's use to the speak out system. But it is great. Definitely tell people
I wish I switched sooner but am saving $700+ a year
CenturyLink was ok but as a fossilized dinosaur it offered voice mail only. Ooma has a TON of compelling features like an iPhone app, the online portal for tracking calls voicemail and a simple approach to adding on more functionality. The price is 75% lower than a TELCO and the goodies are 10x better. Today after adding the iPhone app my Ooma got a call but it transferred to my cell and I answered without moving an inch for the headset plus my phones bluetooth ability, all very cool.
