I had an amazing experience with Sabrina and she was so wonderful. She fixed my billing issue and was so sweet and nice. She answered all my questions about the service and explained the Premier feature's benefits as well. I felt like I was talking to a friend and not just a customer service representative. I will recommend Ooma to ALL MY FRIENDS! Sabrina was THE BEST person I have ever dealt with. My Ooma phone has never failed me! Really solid company and again.. really solid people working for them too!

Solid home phone service through and through. Relied on Ooma Telo when I was in a very poor cell area. My unit died and they replaced under warranty with ease. I love my Ooma, very well money spent.

So far we like everything that we have used with Ooma. Yes we would recommend it to others.
Ooma is the best VOIP, I've been using it for more than 2 months now. Service is rock solid and the HD3 handset sound quality is excellent. From a cost vs quality standpoint, there is nothing else better in the marketplace. I would recommend Ooma to all my friends.
Very impressed with this service
We highly recommend this service. So far, we have been pretty impressed with them. We purchased the base station on Mar 21 and received it Mar 28, 2022. It was easy to set up with the phone app. I called customer service to have our phone number transferred from Acanac (with whom we have had issues), and I waited about 10 minutes to get an agent - they were polite and helpful. I like the personal portal which is laid out well and easy to follow) and the fact you have call logs and can have your voice messages delivered to your cell phone (with the premium service which is worth the cost in my opinion). They were able to get our phone number transferred within a week. I followed their instructions to reboot the base station and the phone number worked right away.
No headset or Bluetooth adapter - lost sales opportunity for Ooma
I've been using the Ooma Telo for about 10 years. Was running fine until recently, so I had to get a new device. Everything has been good for me with Telo with 10 years being pretty good lifecycle for any piece of electronics nowadays. My main complain is about lack of must have accessory offered by Ooma. They have stopped selling Bluetooth adapter for Telo and their HD handset doesn't have a headset jack. I do believe Ooma would sell a lot more HD handsets if there was an option to connect a wired or Bluetooth headset to Ooma HD handset. I would buy one myself. Now I have to use a wireless phone with a headset jack. So my money goes to Panasonic instead of Ooma. Quote a silly decision by Ooma not to have any options for a headset.
Worried about giving up land line when you have littles at home... Don't!

So far my experience has been so good! Wish that I wouldn't have hesitated about doing this sooner as I worried what would happen IF we lost power and a cell phone was not accessible for the younger children at home. Should have cut our service years ago.. never going back!
I have had my Ooma Telo since 2009 and have been extremely satisfied with the system. Twice, in the past 13 years, I have had a slight problem with my system. Both times I called customer service, explained my issues to them, and was told the problem was on their end and not to worry they would fix the problem. Both times, in a very short time I was called back by the Ooma telling me the issue was resolved.
