Price is better than I had for sure

Within first few months price went up 25% give or take. Ooma phones sound quality is poor but my other phones have good quality sound at least! My Frontier service was outrageous. Told $30 a month but had another $40 in taxes. Lost service one day no idea why or what caused the problem luckily only the one day. Trying the security now.

Awesome

So glad I cut the cord and choosing Ooma for my home and security was a great choice. So easy to set up and the quality is amazing. Love my Ooma and would recommend it to anyone.

I love the option of having a home phone and a cell phone.Plus when somebody calls me on my home phone I get notified on My cell phone.But it saves me money.

Love the easy to use phone service

This was a very nice change from the expensive phone service we had for years. The only draw back I can think of is that sometimes there is an echo of whatever you just said. I don't think the other person hears it, just the person with the ooma.

Great service

So much better than my previous phone service. The quality of the calls made are phenomenal. The best part about the service is it’s so inexpensive. I recommend it to everyone.

No Telemarketers!

What I like best about my OOMA service (premiere) is that I haven't received a single call from a telemarketer since i bought it one year ago. My cellphone, which has a different number, gets several of these calls a day.

Great service and equipment

The only complaint I have had from the better half is the time lag while talking to someone. I know that this is the way of the future and she will get used to it. We are both retired from AT&T and they are trying to get away from cable down the street and convert to internet based service. I think you have a great product for a price that us retired folks on fixed incomes can afford.I thank you for that.

I'M 55 YRS- THAT PLACE WHERE YOU JUST AREN'T SURE ABOUT SOME OF THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY. I HAD A LAND LINE FOR 30 YEARS SAME PHONE NUMBER- EVERYONE KNEW MY NUMBER- REMEMBERED MY NUMBER-- JUST IN CASE-- ( SO I BOUGHT MY NUMBER) AND CARRIED IT OVER TO OOMA--THE COST SAVINGS IS HUGE. I WAS PAYING FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T ANSWER AND DIDN'T USE. THE TRANSFER TIME AND EASE WAS INCREDIBLY SIMPLE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE WANTING A VOIP PHONE AT HOME- AND ELIMINATE THE EXPENSE OF A LAND LINE PHONE. THEE FEES AND TAXES I WAS PAYING WERE MORE THAN THE TOTAL COST OF OOMA. I AM SO HAPPY.

Ooma basic pricing is fantastic! Save $35 per month over landline while keeping same number. Sometimes voice drops on either end which can be annoying. Willing to sacrifice some quality for the ENORMOUS cost savings.
