I am very satisfied with the reliability of OOMA along with the clarity of all calls.
Nice, could do a bit better..

I like Ooma, only thing is, I wish they had numeric numbers on the main telo box for the answering machine. You dont know how many messages there are by looking at the box.. 2nd, i bet a lot off small business use Ooma, i wish it was more small business friendly for the $10 a month, like music on hold, or press 1,2,3 options. If its anymore than $10 , the average small business wont wamt to spend the money because were small, very small, most of us.... other then that, It suits my needs... I'd like a novalty number option too...

Be nice if I could have caller ID on TV as I had with comcast but can live without it. Wish I had switched over long ago.
Works great never had a issue

So simple and easy. I have two lines that work great. Plus I can take my Ooma Telo any where I go. Our I can just use the phone app to make calls with my Ooma Telo!
Very Happy that I made the Switch

I'm very happy that I made the switch to Ooma. Set up was easy, voice quality is excellent, voice mail is good. No issues at all.

I have found Ooma to be exactly as advertised. The system is clear, it's dependable, it's affordable, and certainly, in my opinion, the best option for maintaining a "landline" phone.

I bought Ooma with the intent of reducing my monthly Telco expenses. In that regard, this achieves that ask splendidly.Where I feel Ooma lacks behind others are in their voicemail capabilities. Without upgrading to Ooma premier the experience is somewhat underwhelming. If you have your Telo in a tucked away spot (like I do) being able to click on the button to retrieve messages is burdensome. Also, having enhanced Caller ID as an upgrade feature is a bit of a bummer as it comes in handy for a multitude of things (from a security perspective).
Wouldn't connect to Free Conference call.com

I have a monthly conference call with family and have used Free Conference Call.com for few years now. Last Tuesday, 7/17/18 I had a call scheduled and when I tried to use the Ooma Telo, the call would ring twice and then go dead. All other calls worked fine. Any Ideas?

Was looking for reliable, inexpensive home phone service since we don't get great cell coverage in our home. Didn't want to pay for extraneous features or pay a bunch of money. Ooma was exactly as advertised. Plus it has 911 service, which was key for us with younger children. We're big fans!
