Problems in Finding of Information of Features

General speaking, my Ooma System performs very well. I have a Telo and 2--HD2 handsets and Ooma Premier Service.It would be nice if I could find out how to use some of the features of the system. However, while I am sure that all of the information that I want is somewhere on your website, there is no place to find things out if you don't know what screen to look for them. I have wasted a lot of time going from screen to screen trying to find what I need. The system instructions are not user friendly, at least to this user.You could solve this problem by posting a fairly detailed "table of contents" listing various sections of your information and providing links to each of the sections. Apple does and excellent job of providing such a table of contents in the user manual for the iPhone.I expressed my feelings about this in response to another survey which came shortly after I started using the system.I expressed this before in another survey to which I responded shortly after I

Easy to install. Drastically reduced my phone bill from cable. Has some nice standard features like email/text notification of new voicemail, and easy to review by just clicking a link. Many more upgraded facilities available with premium service.

All O need is basic service. Ooma provides that well. Also, as a bonus,I can check for calls while away from home thru the OOMA App. I can respond through many devices capable of using the App. This is with the basic service...AS I work for a Wireless Provider, most of my communication needs is through mobile service.

I have played around with other options, but Ooma does it right. I wish the box would mount on the wall, but that is being picky.

Ooma works and sounds at least as good as the digital phone service from my local cable provider, with the added benefit of a few bells and whistles I didn't have before. I subscribe to Ooma Premier so that I can get the Premier features such as enhanced Caller ID and voicemail functions, among other things. This costs me roughly $15 a month after taxes and fees, but I am still saving over $200 a year compared to my previous phone service. If you're still using a traditional copper landline, you will save even more. Honestly, with the proliferation of cell phones, if you're going to have a home phone, and you have decent Internet service, Ooma is the way to go, in my opinion.

The service has been great! The hook-up was extremely easy and the online activation was simple and quick. The voice quality is crystal clear with no delay or echo. The features and capability far exceed the level of service that I could get from my 'land line' at a fraction of the cost!The only confusing part pertains to billing. The dashboard clearly identifies that I have the Premier service free trial but I'm being billed for base phone service ($4.50) - a bit confusing. I do intend to stay with the Premier service, but would like to know if the charge for that service level is the total cost or is it in-addition to the base phone cost?Burke

Purchased based on local community recommendations. Viewed YouTube of installation and took a chance that I could install. Instructions came with unit and were very clear good diagrams. Lots of options to chose from and ported our existing phone number within 24 hours. Couple other neighbors also purchased after I did and have also installed successfully. If your home has decent internet, anyone should be pleased with this device.

I just wanted VOIP, I got SO much more

When I bought the Teleo from Ooma, I knew it had reliable VOIP, but I never knew about all the extras like forwarding calls to my mobile phone, excellent spam call blocking, importing my address book, several alternate phone numbers available, voice mail forwarding (even to email). Man this device has it all. The long list of extras available for $9.99 per month make these very worth while. My local phone company NEVER offered most of these features. I really lucked out this time, because I didn't know even half of the good stuff I would be getting with the Ooma Teleo. I could honestly recommend this to anyone with no doubts whatever.
