I was only able to make around 5 calls before it was unusable. I called multiple times and they kept telling me they would call me back and never did or it just wouldn’t go through because the phone didn’t work. I have talked at least 20 people out of getting this service.

I can not make or receive calls. I have tried resetting by unplugging from power source and re plugging. I get a message that says ”no line”

We are very happy with our switch to Ooma. The product was very easy to set up, and the porting of our number went very smooth. Sound quality is outstanding.

We have had OOMA for a couple of years now. When we switched from ATT to OOMA, we were saving about $40 dollars a month. Over the months, OOMA has consistently eased up from a few cents to almost a dollar each month or two. When it reaches $20 a month, we will be canceling OOMA and doing without a landline. Too bad.

Before I found ooma I was paying one of the big three 65.00 a month for phone service it started out at 30.00 and within a year it doubled well the quality sure didn't double it was awful. I found ooma and am so pleased my phone service has never failed me. Which for most people they can just use their cell phones I however have a pacemaker that is monitored by phone at random intervals I never when or what time it gets checked but I do know unlike the company I had before I have not gotten one phone call saying I had to come into the office because my machine is not picking up the signal for my pacemaker. What a relief it is knowing I can go to bed and if there is a problem with my heart my pacemaker will know about it immediately because I have dependable phone service. With my last company I actually had a ambulance show up because my signal was not registering and they couldn't reach me by phone because it was out. When you get charged 200.00 for a worthless ambulance call you from then on very grateful that you know you can depend on OOMA

I have had the Ooma Telo for approximately five years and only wish I'd known about it sooner. Absolutely no problems at all. I'm even able to talk with my sister in Italy every week.

Decent, efficient service. However, the hardware has a LOT to be desired. First, the handsets are unreliable and lack ANY degree of durability. Unless one is young with perfect hearing, deciphering what a caller is saying is sometimes a challenge. The Teleo base unit.... what to say. Sound quality for voice messages is non existent--like a tin can on a string. VERY hard to understand callers. the face of the unit is covered with a gummy surface. I have had mine for a few years, the surface is now a semi gelatinous goo that attracts and holds dust. I have called for advice how to make it more hospitable with no results. I cant get the crud and sticky stuff off the surface and do not want to harm the unit trying. Service good; Equipment marginal, at best.

Best Choice for Senior Citizens.

We've had Ooma for a number of years now, and only having to pay taxes to use Ooma, is quite a financial relief on our pension plan. We had divorced our wall phone service, since it was creating a financial burden on our budget, and got an Ooma instead. Ooma reiieved us the cost of necessary expensive long distance calls, and as long as we still have computer service, and electricity, Ooma has always been a very reliable service for us. Our only setback is when the power does go out, we have to resort to using a cell phone to report the outage. Our cell phone is only used for emergency needs, and not for everyday usage.We can thank ooma, since they made for us, Senior Citizens, our lives' communication burdens much easier.
