Great customer service

Great customer service. I have only contacted customer service two or three times and every time I have received cheerful, competent, and effective help. That's not common with telco support most places.

Peace of mind with Ooma water sensor

With the Ooma Water Sensor- there is peace of mind knowing that the basement hasn't flooded and if it does, then I will be the first to know.

Ooma is the best internet phone provider

I have tried other internet phone providers and this is by far the best I have tried. The quality and reliability is second to none. I love the investment I made in this product and will continue to tell anyone who asks.

Lower price, better service

First of all Ooma acts like all the expensive phone services I had for many years, but it has saved me about 20$ a month with the same and sometimes more options than the others brands offered. I got this when money was tight and I was already cancelling cable, but didnt want to lose my phone number, but didn't want to pay the phone company to keep phone going. This fell into my lap and I haven't looked back even when I had a good job. I mean I could throw money away, but why should I?

Love the Ooma Mobile App

The Ooma Mobile App was great on our family vacation as a single point of contact for friends and family trying to get a hold of us. A simple call to our home phone number could reach us whether at home or many miles away as the calls would also ring through to the App, allowing us to pick up immediately. Good way to save on long distance charges also when calling back home from the App!

Ooma mobile app is wonderful

This summer my wife and I had the opportunity to travel to the US (Arkansas and New Orleans). I have family in Washington State and Canada. My Ooma Mobile App made it really easy (and free) to let our family members know we were safe as we traveled from place to place as well as up to update them about the amazing experiences we were enjoying.

Kept in touch while on vacation

We went to the Dominican Republic for our summer vacation, but home was close by thanks to the Ooma app. It allowed us to get our phone messages and keep it touch with everyone back home. It is such an easy to use and helpful app.

Called using ooma mobile app while abroad

Was on vacation abroad and ooma mobile app helped me a lot I was in touch with my family and friends as I was in Canada I did not miss any important call truly it is wonderful to have ooma service.

Made calls to family and friends at home from a CRUISE SHIP! Connected ship's wifi and used the OOMA App on iPhone to connect to OOMA at home. Dialed the numbers as if I was at home on any of my phones that are connected to OOMA. Fantastic! The first time I went on a ship there was no internet available at all. Ship to Shore phone calls were $19.00 a MINUTE! I did all of the above at no extra cost thanks to OOMA Premium. Have made calls before from other places where wifi was available. If WIFI is not available I have alllowed the OOMA app to use cellular data and made long distance calls at no added cost that way too! Love OOMA...it has saved me thousands of dollars over the years since I left my old landline provider.

The Ooma mobile app is super useful

Took the app on a cruise and was able to keep in touch with my system the whole time. Never had to worry about cellular plans or high calling fees.
