Money Saver

I was a Vonage customer for (11) years. Even with their basic package I was paying $35/month. After hearing about Ooma, I was happy to be able to save money minus the local taxes. Set up and porting my existing number was easy, didn't even take a week. So far so good on the service.

A real plug and play phone unit with great sound quality and inexpensive VoIP services.

I replaced my local phone company services without any issues. After the online setup, I plugged the phone cord from my vtech phone system into the Ooma unit and that was it. I had my old number ported over in less than a week. The only difference I noticed is the great sound quality of the Ooma unit with a unique dial tone and about $40.00 monthly savings.

Great Experience

I replaced my AT&T digital phone painlessly. After the online setup, I simply unplugged the phone cord from the back of the AT&T router and plugged it into The Ooma box. After the startup, that was it. I had a temporary phone number until my old number was ported over. It only took a few days. The only real difference in the service is a nice new Ooma dial tone and $50 savings each month. I'm happy!

Has met my expectations.

Ooma has more features than I expected. Was very easy to set up and even move to another area of my home. Voices come in very clear. Just as good as the more expensive carrier I had. I would recommend this system to anyone. Being able to keep my same phone number was a real plus.

It works as advertised

I installed Ooma in March 2020. The installation was easy and the system was installed quickly. Our telephone number was ported over in two days and we were up and running. So far I am very pleased with the service. I like the centralized phonebook and the features on the dashboard. The audio quality has been excellent.

Seamless experience

The change from my cable voice over to Ooma was effortless. My number was ported in a few days and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Ooma.

I love my phone co. But I need it to ring at least 12 so I can get to it before it stops!

your service is great but like I said I'm not able to get to the phone before it stops ringing.

Difficult change

I had a difficult experience getting my number to Ooma. Jonathan kept submitting my request until he finally got my old provider to release my number. I appreciate all the support he gave me.
