Simple to hook up, less than $5 a month(for my area), and no problems whatsoever. I’m so happy to have made the switch!!

Very good product, easy to install in a few minutes, sound of good quality, it lacks only French.

So far so good. I would like the voice quality to be less scratchy and tinny. Not as good as my original land line. Also, it would be nice if the dial tone would be different if there are voice mails when we use non base unit phones.Thank you, Bob
Excellent product, easy to setup, high quality connection. Features work great. Was recommended by a neighbor and now I am recommending it.
Best move I've made in a long time.

Great call quality and features. Being able to take my messages from my cell phone anywhere is great. The voicemail message recording is a bit poor, its the only drawback so far. Price is unbeatable, of course.

The price, certainly, is wonderful. The port was, I guess, okay, but outgoing caller ID still shows the temporary Oooma phone number. Not sure when that will change.Only problem I've found is not the fault of Oooma. If the power goes out and the internet goes out . . no phone service. But that's okay. I'll adapt.
I am very pleased with this. It is a great Ooma Telo service! I love it!

I had to take a temp number at first because Magic Jack wouldn't release my number for a couple weeks then needed to do some minor tweaking of Ooma. After that all is well though I have only had it for a short time. Voice is very clear, have yet to send or receive a fax. So far very happy.
Although this is my home line it s not my primary line it just gives me the that added confidence that I have an additional line if needed without paying an arm and leg.
Good but could have one more important feature
I moved from Magic Jack to Ooma since Magic Jack stopped working. It was difficult to get help with Magic Jack, and when I did, Magic Jack still didn't work (I could answer the phone, but no one could hear me!). Magic Jack was cheaper, but what I really miss is the mp3 files you'd get emailed to you for every voice message. I know that's an Ooma Premier feature, but that's the only feature I want. Otherwise, once I figured out what Magic Jack's pin was (your Magic Jack password), I was able to get my number ported over very quickly.
