International business calls for next to nothing.

With Ooma Office, you can make outbound calls to most countries around the world.

For specific country-by-country rates and mobile vs landline coverage, you can check our international calling rates page or look at the “View Rates” section under Prepaid Account in your Ooma Office portal.

Calls to the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico are included in the monthly calling package for Ooma Office.

For destinations outside those, you’ll be billed from your company’s Prepaid Account (or by whatever international plan you’ve subscribed to) at the applicable per-minute rate.

1. On an analog phone: Dial 011, then the country code, then the phone number.
2. On an IP phone: Pick up handset or press speaker, then dial 011 + country code + number.
3. On mobile app (iOS): Tap keypad icon, then dial 011 + country code + number.
4. On mobile app (Android): Open keypad via settings, then dial 011 + country code + number.

For destinations outside the included North America region, your calls are deducted from your company’s Prepaid Account balance.

Yes! Keep in mind that calling to mobile phones may not be available in every country. Additionally, the rates for calling landlines and mobile phones is different. Be sure to check the rates for both before making your calls.

Like calls to international landlines, calls to international mobile phones will draw from your Prepaid Account if not included at no additional cost in your calling plan.

Log in to your Ooma Office account as administrator, go to the Account page, then under the Prepaid Account tab click View Rates in the International Calling Rates section.

There you can select the country and view the cost per minute.

You have both options:

1. You can use a pay-as-you-go Prepaid Account which is charged per minute when you make calls internationally.
2. If you call a lot internationally, you can subscribe to a bundle minute plan (e.g., 500 minutes or unlimited) to reduce cost.

If your Prepaid Account doesn’t have sufficient funds, international calls to destinations outside your included region will not complete until you add funds.

You can set up automatic addition of funds in the Balance section of the Prepaid Account page. You can choose whether to add $10, $25 or $50 in funds to your account when your balance falls below $5, $10 or $25 respectively.

Yes — for U.S. customers, international calling plan subscriptions and international calling charges may be subject to the federally mandated Universal Service Fund (US FUSF) fee.

Also, if you dial a country not covered under your plan, you may be charged standard rates plus possible connection fees per call.

Yes! The same low international calling rates apply whether you make a call from a desk phone or from the Ooma Office mobile app, giving you flexibility to make international calls no matter where you are.
