Needed a inexpensive and reliable land line. Started looking on the net and found Ooma. Could not be happier with my purchase. Sound quality is better than ATT, Sprint, or Verizon. I tell everyone about Ooma and the service price is the selling point. Thank you Ooma people ❤

I really wanted to keep a land line for an inexpensive fee and thought this would be the answer but I now see that it doesn't save money because it doesn't work half the time. I am always having to call someone to get it back on line. I am thinking about going back to Att&t

My bank account has been debited twice each month for Ooma. I contacted customer service who told me this was not possible even though I was looking at a bank statement. I wanted them to look to see if my payment info was accidentally put on another account. They were no help. I am still being overcharged and they are still denying this. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

There are times when the voice quality is bad in that it breaks up fairly often. There is a definite lag in voice transmission.

Living in Kauai left me with fewer choices. I have used Google Voice connected to an OBihai box and found both the quality and clarity of the service better. There is also no monthly fee. Google does not support the 808 area code, frankly neither does Ooma since I must pay a yearly fee or subscribe to premium service for my local area code. I have not had any drops or dialing issues but the amount of noise on the line is greater than my previous experience with Obihai. Setup was easy and the porting of my number was OK, if not costly. Service is working fine and I am not paying ridiculous amounts to the cable company.
I received a phone call today in regards to this system. I listened to all the person had to say and we are just not interested at this time. We had a similar system and got rid of it just not a good fit for our office. Sales guy just would not take no!! I was very polite and listened to all he had to say but if a consumer says no THAT MEANS NO. I really hate when I'm very polite and listen to everything, answer questions and simply we are not interested Why is that not good enough??????

I am so thankful that I found this product. I used to pay $30.00 per month, for my landline, through my cable company. My monthly fee is now $4.37. It was a "no-brainer" decision. It could not have come at a better time, as I recently retired, and had to cut some expenses.
