Problems connecting to setup.ooma.com

If you are unable to connect to http://setup.ooma.com in Step 5 of the Quick Start Guide, try the following steps:

  1. Make sure your computer is connected via Ethernet to the HOME port of the Telo Base Station
  2. Disable Wi-Fi on the computer you are using to connect to the Ooma Telo Base Station
  3. Try connecting to http://172.27.35.1 in your browser
