Offer valid on qualifying MyPhone purchases made directly from Ooma via https://www.ooma.com/home-phone-service/myphone/buyback/ after August 15, 2026 and prior to Ooma terminating the refund program. To receive the $20 refund, customers must mail in a TinCan phone using the box they received their MyPhone in and the return label provided by Ooma along with their MyPhone. Ooma must receive the TinCan phone within 60 days of the MyPhone purchase date. Devices become the property of Ooma upon receipt and will not be returned. Ooma is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. Limit one refund per customer, household, and account. Refunds will be processed within approximately 45 days of Ooma’s receipt of the TinCan phone. Customers may call 833-747-2533 to check the status of their refund. Ooma reserves the right to verify eligibility, request additional documentation, and reject incomplete, fraudulent, or ineligible submissions. This offer may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time and is void where prohibited by law.
