Opt Out of the Sale and Sharing of your Information
Certain states provide residents (and, in some cases, their authorized agents) with the right to opt out of “targeted advertising,” “selling” or “sharing” of personal information, as described more fully in our Privacy Policy. When you visit an Ooma owned and operated website, Ooma may share information about you with certain partners including advertising partners and social media publishers to serve you personalized ads on third party sites or applications. We may also share information with certain partners for analytics or other services in a manner that may be considered “sales” under privacy laws. To opt out of sales and sharing, you may click “Opt me out” below. You may also choose to enable within your browser a universal tool that automatically communicates your opt-out preferences, such as the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Your opt-out is browser and device specific. This means that if you do not have an account or are not logged in, your opt-out will be specific to this property and device or browser.

If we can match your information to the information we hold about you, we will opt you out. Please note that we will not require you to verify your identity.
Even if you choose to opt out, you may continue to see advertising, including ads that may be based on personal information processed before you opted out.

Certain states provide residents (and, in some cases, their authorized agents) with the right to request that we disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information; right to correct any inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you; right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions; and California residents who visit our sites may request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes under California’s Shine the Light Law, in each case as further described in our Privacy Policy.

Ooma can only process this request, where eligible under applicable state privacy laws, if it can match the information provided in the form to a known customer account. This request will not apply at the device level and will not affect browser- or app-specific settings.
