Visual voicemail notifications (PRO)

Designed to improve the productivity of Ooma Office Pro users , visual voicemail creates a transcription of voicemail messages and sends it right to your email along along with the audio file. The transcription can be up to a minute in length. You don’t have to log into the End User Portal or call in to hear your messages.

You can toggle visual voicemail notifications on and off for a user by following these instructions:

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Click the line that corresponds to the user whose extension you’d like to update.
3. Click the Voicemail tab.
4. Toggle the option to Enable voicemail transcription.
5. Click Save.

Please note that voicemail transcription is performed mechanically, so the accuracy of the transcriptions may vary.
