You can change the location of a user’s extenion by following the instructions below:
- Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
- Locate the user whose location will be updated and click the corresponding
icon. - Choose a location from the Location dropdown menu in the Basic tab. You can add a new location with the Add New Location option.
- Update the Location Detail field with information to help first responders find the user’s specific workspace in the event of an emergency.
- Save your changes.
