If you are using a phone that is compatible with the Ooma Office Company Directory and Shared Speed Dial, you can easily dial the included numbers. The way that you will do this depends on the type of phone you are using.
Ooma IP phone or Yealink IP phone
You can access the Company Directory and the Shared Speed Dial by pressing the Directory soft key. Choose either Internal Directory of Shared Speed Dial, then locate the number you’d like to call.
Ooma DP1 desk phone and Ooma Mobile app
Note that these devices only support the Company Directory, which includes all company extensions. These devices do not support Shared Speed Dial.
You can access the Company Directory through the Directory menu on both devices.
Ooma desptop app
You can access the Company Directory and the Shared Speed Dial by clicking Directory in the menu.
Choose the Company or Shared Speed Dial tab and then locate the number you’d like to call.
