How to add a single number to the call block list

There are two ways to add a single number to your account’s call block list. If you would like to add many numbers at the same time, follow the instructions for bulk uploads.

System Page

1. Log into office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Click System, then navigate to the Call Blocking tab.
3. Type the number you wish to block in the Block List search box.
4. Click Add.

Call Logs Page

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Dashboard page.
2. Click the Call Logs page.
3. Click beside the number you wish to block to add it to your call block list.
