How to block calls from suspected spammers (PRO)

Last Updated: July 21, 2025

Powered by Nomorobo, the suspected spammer list is a curated collection of phone numbers that have been widely reported as being sources of spam and robocalls. Ooma Office Pro PRO customers can block calls from this compilation of suspected spammers by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
  2. Click System, then navigate to the Call Blocking tab.
  3. Click the “Block suspected spammers and play a busy tone” checkbox.
  4. Choose how you would like to handle blocked calls. You can play a busy tone, have the phone ring continuously, or send the call directly to voicemail.
  5. Click Save.
