How to disconnect an integrated external contact site [PRO]

Last Updated: July 21, 2025

You can disconnect your current integrated contacts and calendareap from Ooma Officepro by following these steps:

Desktop application

  1. Launch the Ooma Desktop application and select your name in the upper-right corner.
  2. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the Integrations tab, find your email address in the Connected Account column and select the associated delete button.
  4. Confirm you’d like to disconnect your account.

Ooma Office Manager

  1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an user and navigate to the Integrations tab on the Settings page.
  2. Find your email address in the Connected Account column and select the associated delete button.
  3. Confirm you’d like to disconnect your account.

Once you have disconnected your account, your contacts and calendar will no longer be available to Ooma.

If your account has disconnected on its own, it may be because you have recently changed the password to your connected account. In this case, visit the contact integration FAQ and follow the instructions to reconnect your account to Ooma.
