No matter which method you’re using to host your Ooma Meeting 
, you can always choose whether you want to copy the invite or the URL:
- Copying the invite will copy the entire invitation, including the meeting’s dial-in information and passcode, to your .
Copying the link will copy just the link to the meeting room. The recipient won’t receive any information about the meeting’s date, time, dial-in information, or passcode.

Select the Scheduled or Recent meeting of your choice. You can use the Show Invite option to access the meeting’s invite, or you can use the Copy Link option to copy the meeting’s link.

If you have a meeting coming up soon, you can tap the meeting to see additional options. From there, you can choose Share Invitation or Share Link to send the meeting’s details to a contact, email address, or program on your device.
From an active Ooma Meeting
If you’re already in an Ooma Meeting and you’d like to invite another participant, tap the SHARE INVITE button on the bottom of the screen to send the meeting’s details to a contact, email address, or program on your phone. If you’d like to share the link, tap the menu button in the upper-right corner and select the Share meeting url option.
