How to manage a Paging Group’s extension

If you have already set up a Paging Group, you can update its extension number by following these instructions:

1. Log in to office.ooma.com as an administrator and navigate to the Settings page.
2. Locate the Paging Group that you wish to manage and click the corresponding line.
3. Click the Numbers tab.
4. Start typing a new extension number between 1000 and 1199 (or between 1000 and 9999 for Ooma Office Pro customers ). The dropdown menu will update with available options as you type. If there are no available extensions that meet your criteria, you will see a message stating that there are no available options.
5. Click Save.
