How to manage your voicemail messages

There are a few different ways to visually manage your voicemail messages, depending on the interface you are using. Find the way you’re accessing your voicemail in the list below to get started.

End User Portal

Log in to the End User Portal and navigate to the Dashboard page. Navigate to the Voicemail page.

New messages are marked with the new icon. Click the Play button ( play ) next to the message you want to hear. The message will begin to play through your computer’s speakers.

Once a message has completed playing, you can:

  • Click new to mark the message as new. This option can be toggled to mark a new message as heard.
  • Click the caller’s name to return the call
  • Click download to download the message
  • Click trash to delete the message When you download a message, it will be stored on your computer as an MP3 file.

Mobile app

Open the Ooma Mobile app and navigate to the Voicemail tab.

New messages are displayed in bold. Tap the message to bring up its advanced options. From there, you can:

  • Tap play to play the voicemail through your computer’s speakers
  • Tap call to return the call
  • Tap delete to delete the message

Ooma desktop app

Open the Ooma Desktop app and navigate to the Voicemail tab.
