How to pin and unpin users during an Ooma Meeting

Last Updated: January 22, 2026

When you are using Active Speaker view in an Ooma Meeting, you may notice the screen moving from one participant to another depending on who is speaking. If you need the view to stay pinned to a single user, simply locate their portrait in the participant list and click on it. A pinned user’s portrait will have a blue outline.

To unpin a user, click on their portrait again. The screen will resume shifting to show the current active speaker.
