How to raise your hand or use emoji reactions during an Ooma Meeting (Pro)

Last Updated: July 21, 2025

If you’d like to speak during an Ooma Meeting, you should raise your hand so the host knows you’ve got something to contribute. When you raise your hand, everyone in the Meeting will be notified. You’ll also want to put your hand down when you’ve been acknowledged.

To raise your hand, use the raise hand button.

To put your hand down, use the lower hand button.

Ooma Meetings also supports emoji reactions. You can use the raise hand to bring up a menu of reaction emojis. The feature can be used at any time, whether you have your hand raised or not.

Reaction icons are anonymous and will disappear after a few seconds.
