How to start or resume automated dialing for a call list (Pro+)

When you’re ready to begin using a calling list, start by navigating to the Auto Dialer module in Ooma in Ooma Office Manager or the Desktop or Mobile app. Then, follow the instructions in the appropriate section below:

Auto dial a new calling list

1. Use the menu to select Open Auto dialer.
2. Select the Campaign you’d like to begin dialing. For now, there should only be one option.
3. Use the menu to select Start call list.
4. Your device should call the first prospect on the list and will automatically move to the next prospect as you complete calls.

Resume calling after a pause

1. Use the menu to select Resume call list.
2. Your device should call the first prospect on the list that has not been called yet and will automatically move to the next prospect as you complete calls.

Auto dial a subset of a calling list

1. Use the search box to filter the list of prospects based on your criteria.
2. Use the menu to select Call filtered list.
3. Your device should call the first prospect on the filtered list and will automatically move to the next prospect as you complete calls.

Auto dial a filtered calling list

1. Use the Call Disposition list to filter the calling list to just calls with a specific disposition.
2. Use the menu to select Call filtered list.
3. Your device should call the first prospect on the filtered list and will automatically move to the next prospect as you complete calls.
