The Ooma Office base station indicator light provides information about what actions to take to resolve issues. The table below outlines the different information that can be conveyed by the status indicator:
| Solid blue light | Base Station is online and in service |
| Rapidly-blinking blue light | Base Station is in registration mode |
| Solid amber light | Base Station has no assigned user |
| Blinking amber light | Base Station has not booted up |
| Blinking red light | Base Station is attempting to connect to your network |
| No status light | Base Station does not have power |
